This technology is borrowed from fighter aircraft sighting methods. Acquire the target drive the front sight to it, dot the "i" and the missile strikes home!

The sight design features a large vibrant tritium front dot the dot in the "i" shot this draws your eyes immediately to it and a single tritium rear dot. You simply dot the "i" for the fastest sight alignment possible for your eyes.
